I visited Sergio's a few days ago intent on resizing an heirloom ring that I feared I would lose due the ill fit. The jeweler there recommended against the resize due to possible damage to the ring. The salesman, Lucas Cutlip, recommended an insert and quickly modified the ring. No charge! I was in and out. Great service, great staff.
