Can't say enough good things about Sergio's! Was referred to Tim by a close friend as my husband wanted to get a custom ring designed for my birthday. Tim worked with us from beginning to end and executed my vision perfectly. When the first mold wasn't to my liking he took the time to understand what I wanted differently, made the changes and designed yet another one and made sure I was 100% happy and comfortable with it before getting it made. Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with. He truly listened to what I wanted and was so patient in doing so. He took the extra time to make certain everything was perfect. I couldn't be happier with my new ring! Will definitely be going to him for anything else I need/want!

The two people who helped me were very friendly and very helpful. The suggestion of adding of a magnetic clasp to the necklace I purchased was a perfect solution for the person who will be receiving it as a gift.

I took some sterling silver flatware into Sergio’s to get an appraisal. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The appraisal was so good that I didn’t get a second one, as planned. I definitely will go there again, this time to buy jewelry.
